Extensive alterations to this house in Isington, near Alton in Hampshire have provided an enlarged Kitchen family room, Utility and a new garage with a separate guest bedroom and shower room.

The new flexible accommodation provides the opportunity for family and friends to stay. Offering the extra space to occasional bed and breakfast guests is being considered.

A new oak framed triple garage with storage over to a Grade II listed house in Silchester, Hampshire.

Careful consideration of the neighbours adjacent trees and the presence of bats formed a detailed part of the planning application.

A former brick and flint barn converted to a new three bedroom house with en-suite bathrooms. A large open plan living and dining room opening onto the beautifully landscaped garden. Highly insulated construction utilised to minimise the carbon footprint of the building. Oak boarded cladding, stone floors and aluminium framed windows and doors.

Mr and Mrs S are very pleased to have been granted planning permission for two new semi-detached houses by the SDNPA. Following the planning committee meeting, where the scheme was approved by eight votes for to one against, Mr S said ''Thank you so much [Sunstone Design] for all your efforts in gaining approval. It has taken a bit longer than we thought to go through the planning process but with your guidance you have secured us our future pension.''
Building work will start on site with the archaeologist in attendance. The site is reasonably close to a Roman villa and all involved would like to ensure that any finds are carefully logged and put in the archive.

A new farmhouse near Winchester has been completed. The slate roof and self-coloured render walls with a brick plinth and window surrounds have made this new home sit very comfortably in the Hampshire countryside. Exposed green oak framing has been used for the porch and internally. Powder coated aluminium doors and windows ensure that maintenance is kept to a minimum. The windows are fitted with a central glazing bar in the Hampshire casement style.

A new two bedroom speculative development has been completed in Weeke, Winchester. Careful detailing to the brickwork and new K-Rend self coloured rendered wall finish to the existing house have helped to create a high quality development. Private parking and rear gardens are provided to each dwelling.
